If you install ONLY the Mission DLC and do not import any DLC weapons/clothes/parts/units/room deco etc, then you won't experience slower loading. Deleting the items DLC from your memstick folder after importing them into your game or discarding the DLC items in-game will not eliminate the longer load times.
🚧 BE ADVISED 🟡: Adding the weapons/clothes/parts/units/room decorations DLC to your game permanently causes longer load times when you first load your character into the town every time you boot the game. This is a huge community for Phantasy Star Portable 2 and Infinity for the PSP.
